Incompetence from Standard Bank Insurance department

I lodged a complaint regarding the inconsistency of my credit life insurance cancellation.

I received an email from Miss Gugulethu Temba of the insurance department acknowledging the mishandling of my case and said the letter that I requested confirming the cancellation of the policy is attached, however, there was no attachment on the email.

I rep****, stating that there is NO attached document on the email and requested one to be resent.

Miss Gugulethu Temba and the ccd party, Gordon Bila both have NOT responded.

I have stated the urgency of this document which I need for my debt counsellor and I to conclude a payment plan with Standard Bank Vehicle Finance.

This is frustrating!!!!!

The poor service and communication with Standard Bank insurance and vehicle finance departments has been a nightmare this past year.
