Incompetence at its greatest

If I could I would give them a minus 10 out of 5. By far the most *********** insurance company I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. No one can give you an answer about anything. Their sub standard answer is that the matter has been escalated to some imaginary higher up. As soon as this matter is resolved I will be canceling my policy because news flash you are not the only insurance company in South Africa.
