Incompetence and TCF disregard

On 7 Jan 2025 I logged a claim for a water leak. The plumber who was sent incorrectly identified the cause as waste which is not covered. Subsequently it was determined by both a private plumber and professional leak detection services that the cause is from a concealed inlet pipe. I logged a dispute which was finally acknowledged as justified on 24 Feb. In the interim another *********** plumber was sent out. By this stage the resultant damage was considerable. The claims process was reactivated and I submitted quotes as requested. An assessor came out on 14 March. There has as yet been no resolution. Surely this is a shocking breach of TCF?
