Inaccurate claim settlement and report

I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of my Claim. 1. I had to constantly follow up to get any feedback 2. The claim handler suddenly sends me a form to sign to receive the funds which are obviously not covering the actual cost. 3. No details of the repairs have been communicated to me. The costing from the loss assessors report and appointed builder is extremely vague giving no intense details with regards to what the funds is exactly covering. 4. I am expected to accept an amount of money which does not cover the actual repairs need - this is unacceptable as I am receiving a portion of the insured amount yet the damages affected my whole property. 5. The engineer did not note down every crack throughout the house that has gotten impacted. 6. I am covered for fencing, paving, all structural cover - my paving has sinkholes which I do not see covered in the settlement cost.

The repairs of a house is not a simple patching up repair - this is a major object which needs to be treated with detail.

Please look into it and get back to me. I want every damaged item to be repaired or to receive a proper an accurate settlement which will not place in a deficit position.
