Inaccurate assessment on Standard Bank Building Insurance Claim

I have been a client of Standard Bank for 20+ years. I've had 2 home loans with them previously and recently purchased another property also with Standard Bank as my chosen insurer and bondholder. In the property that I currently own, it has a thatched roof. Due to the recent heavy rains and hail, a part of the roof was severely damaged in the storms. As a result, it continuously leaks whenever it rains and it is damaging my walls inside the house and even in the garage. The claim was submitted for damages to my thatch roof, and I received notice of denial based on an assessment that I believe to be inaccurate. The damages to my property were a result of heavy rains and hail, and after a careful review of the denial letter and the provided assessment, I feel compelled to bring certain facts to your attention. The assessment appears to have overlooked crucial details regarding the weather conditions at the time of the incident. The weather reports clearly indicate that there were severe rain and hailstorms in the area during the period in question. These adverse weather conditions are, without a doubt, the primary cause of the damages to my thatch roof.
