Key points of my concern are:

Unauthorized Debit Order: The R17800 debit order was processed without my consent, which is a breach of trust and an ********* practice. Lack of Communication: I was not informed or given any prior notice about this action, which goes against standard banking practices and customer rights. Affordability: There was no consideration of my financial situation or consultation with me regarding the premium amount that I can afford.
