Impossible to claim
Our home loan and home insurance are both with Standard Bank. They are impossible to claim from as they deny valid, structural claims causing further structural damage. If they agree to send an assessor, the companies don't exist. Went through 4 builders before someone actually showed and had a working phone number!!

08 Jan 2024, 16:36It would not matter if I rep**** with my ID number, I have already moved my insurance as I found out the reason my claim was denied was because the contractor YOU sent out to my property, had **** about the extent of the damage to my property in order to get a bigger pay day out of the job and Standard Bank Insurance refuses to work with an independent contractor who did a thorough investigation of the site.
