Imposed Car Insurance

Good day

I bought a car in 2019, its financed by Standard bank. Paying via debit order. However i found out last week that i have been handed over because I didnt pay for insurance. I never app**** for any car insurance with STD BANK. Nobody contacted me regarding car insurance. Someone just decided to make decision for me.

Just because STD Bank is financing my car doesnt mean i have to be bul****. I fell bul**** right, i am even thinking of returning that car.

I am so annoyed and frustrated. Have sent proofs that I do have insurance, however no one has acknowledged my email. Though I have been told i need to send a proof that i have insurace within 30 days.
