If you have an opportunity to not using Standard Bank Don't!!!

Poor service no communication until you actually email and they don't respond in time. We had floods in Margate logged the claim our back wall was fixed after countless of follow ups we still don't have a gate or a electric fence. I have had 2 incidents already and I emailed and told them this is not cool that we don't have security should something happen to us then we will be heard. I'm tired and exhausted of asking what is going on with NO FEEDBACK.
