I will never recommend Standard bank motor insurance to anyone ever again

After my car broke down i phone the helpline with the sole intention to take my car to my trusted mechainic , the consultant tells me they will only tow it to the nearest Audi dealer which is a dealership 5km from my gouse and after endless please that i have my own mechic she tells me I'll pay extra for the kilometres from the dealership which ia 50km , this appalling and selfish especially as I'm on a comprehensive plan. Monthend I'm counselling and moving away.

Do tomorrow i tow it to the garage at my own expense which is cheaper than the extra mil3s but inclusive of the inconvenience insurance is meant to remove.
