I was miss treated because i'm black by Adrian that is representing Standard Bank Insurance

<p>Adrian wow what a pathetic service from you at African Recovery Solutions, when a stressed customer is asking you relent question about how far is the claim and what is the turn around time on the process, you laugh at your customers, you challange me about my intergrity of process's after laughing. When I ask Andrian whats funny, he claims that i'm treatening him. This is just another black customer that I can just fool and talk what ever i want to say to him. I dont know why AFS is keep such employees like these. Question is doest Standard Bank Insurance know how their black customers are treated by employees like Andrian from African Recovery Solutions. He still have a desency of shouting at me . This was worse service i have never received, treating customer like a DOOR MAT. Adrian told me that i should have claim from our own insurance then, because he's got processes with no turn around time. what's the purpose of having third-party liability cover for Insurance, if employees like Adrian are telling people that brings the business that should fly a kit else, they dont care about black business. I'm very disgusted by the manner he huddle that call. </p>
