I still hate Standardbank insurance

Please be careful of Standard Bank ,due to I've been cancelled on my insurance after they deducted my premium and told go to the ombudsman if you're not happy ,they don't care,there is no more customer respect ,or service ,they refused me to negotiate a lower amount on my car and home content insurance ,I only was lucky to get on my home insurance,but was told it's because of all the crime in South Africa and other customers putting claims in on their policies so my installment goes up,I have claimed once on 7 years on my car insurance ,3 times they did not assist I had to pay myself for damages ,and never gave I claimed on my content insurance more than 10 years ,they are getting rich ,tells me to f off in a nice way ,I can't afford their premium but seriously that's not the way to do it ,if only I could have done everything with that 1 consultant ,but no ,now it's been 2 months struggle from pillar to post and then bey bey.wow great service.
