I regret taking out funeral cover with Standard bank 😡

I've submitted a claim for a funeral cover last week Thursday and I was told that it takes 48 working hours. There was 3 working days before the holidays and no communication from them. I've called 3 times and I was told the accessor wil get back to me. I'm frustrated because I'm the only one with a funeral cover for my Aunt and now the arrangements are on hold because I can't pay for the expenses 😭
