I need to change insurance

I need to get Standard bank insurance to give a better monthly premium,I emailed them a request to contact me ,I've got 1 debit order ,but I have to talk to 3 different people to get this done ,this phone recording and transferring between numbers is a nightmare .I can't do anything on the app due to no card or pin but are charged for it .this is so frustrating.
