I nearly did not burry my loved one

I nearly did not burry my loved one this past weekend. I logged my claim at Standbank Khayelitsha mall on the 21st of June. I was told that they payout will be within 48 hours. That was a lie. Their cluent service do not answer calls. Its just music for mire than an hour until I ran out of my R100 airtime and i bought another airtime until someone answered the call who aftertaking my details asked me to hold on. I holded on until my airtime ran out again. I was calling and viditing the branch with no help. The money was eventually paid out on the 27 of June in the afternoon and tge funeral was the following day. You can imagine the rush i had experienced running errands preparing for this funeral. This was the only funeral cover i depended on. Horrible and disgusting service while people are mourning for their loved one.
