I have a problem with resolving an Insurance Claim

I didn't want to complain but now I have no choice, nobody at Homeloans Insurance comes back to be with my problem. I had an Insurance claim that was dealt with and approve. The contractors came to do they work. Did it, I thought right. Gave them a good report. They were paid. a few weeks later it rained and my roof leaked a lot. When phoning the contractors they say it is not their fault, when phoning Homeloans a few times, every time they tell me they will find out from the contractors and come back to me. Up to today no one has contacted me. With the rain these days my house is soaking wet. I have e-mailed and left messages a Senior manager Johan Greunen. Until today he has not responded at all. I was more than patient waiting for someone to tell me what is going to happen.
