I hate Standardbank insurance

If a payment debit order did not go through ,they don't allow any other way of payment ,except double debit order,and they refuse to negotiate my monthly premium ,and FF orces me to pay more due to other clients claims and *******ion in the country,no's I have to suffer by increasing my payment nearly R200 .due to other clients, and don't want me to cancell my insurance seriously,I'm fed up I've made 1 claim with my car insurance in 7 years,never have i claimed for content insurance in more than 18 years,and refused when neighbours damaged my outbuilding ,that's unfair.
