😡😡😡I hate standard bank insurance to the core

Standard bank insurance never ceases to disappoint. My claim number is HLB/2025/435519. Everytime I need to claim they come up with stories, instead of paying me they deposit the money into my home loan account then tell me I must make a plan on paying the service provider whom I had to get myself. Why is it Standard bank is the worst? Yoh I am tired of them, I advice people to stay away from them😡😡😡
