I had attempted to lodge this claim for a leaking roof and I was told my claim was rejected because of poor maintenance on my roof. Please note my roof was rebuilt just over a year ago... What maintenance was required on a 1 year old roof ? Again the poor service received by Standard Bank. Claim ref No: 25/003348. Additionally I had only received my report and rejection letter 3 months after the claim and all I have is 90 days to apply for a re-evaluation I just read in my rejection letter that was only provided in this email above 90 days after the report being issued, what kind of *****ulent scheme is Standard Bank trying to play ?
