I asked my electrical fence be fixed but never was fixed

I logged a call that due to lightning my electrical fence was faulty. A technitian was sent to fix it but I was not precent but my daughter was. She indicated that he showed her that a loose connection was the cause so he fixed it and he showed her that it was working. She believed him but 2 days later she called me informing me that the green light is not working but the alarm was not going off. I told her to leave everything as is. Upon my arrival on saturday I found that the fence was bipassed that is why the fence alarm was not going off. This indicated that the fence was never fixed, it is a security future and a risk for my family not to have this fiture working as if I get burgeled the insure might reject my claim due to the fence not being in working order. PLEASE HAVE THIS FIXED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AS I WILL REPORT THIS TO MR BEN KRUGER.
