I am profoundly dissatisfied with Standard Bank after many years of my loyalty paying them, as it appears they do not value their clients

I am deeply disappointed with the Standard Bank on what service they has shown towards my home loan repayment

Which I have been emailing them with my issue and given them the reason on how I am repaying this such amount every month Clearly they don't take my complaint seriously As much when I started paying this bond was only for home loan which You approve this home loan for R395000.00 as I started paying my monthly instalment of R3950.00 they was no insurance of this high amount I am paying now When I asked why I am paying this such a huge amount of R8033.52 for 2bedroom of this bond which I have been staying for more than 10 years I have been trying to call them and I cant even get hold of them inti this number ***I am profoundly dissatisfied with Standard Bank after many years of my loyalty paying them, as it appears they do not value their clients
