I am disgusted by the service .I am not happy and not leaving it here
<p>In August 2014 we purchased a property threw standard bank. We even took out the building insirance with SIL. On the 20 January 2016 i called in a explained to them that my floors is falling in i spoke to a Priya and a Kgomotso .They asked me questions what type of floors it is. I explained to them it is wooden floors. They rejected the claim saying it is poor workmanship and the damages happened over the years. They said they will send out a rejection letter which i can take it further if i have to. I did not receive the rejection letter to date. My floors is falling in ,in the kitchen, I only stayed in this property a 1year and 4months . They did not even send someone out to come and have a look at the property. On the 17 March 2017 i called in regarding this claim again requesting them to send me a rejection letter so i can take this further because my bedroom and lounge floors is also falling in. I am not even 3 years in this property and this is what is happening. My conceern is have have 2 children age 3 and 6 and i am afraid if they walk they can fall in and get hurt. On the 17 March i spoke to Elaine and she advised me that i said that it is poor workmanship from the previous owne. I requested to speak to someone in charge and i requested the call regarding. She then gave me a contact number for Neville which is her supervisor. I called him on numerous occassions and could not get threw. I am not sure if she gave me the correct number but this is the number ********** 507.She also said they would call me back which up until today no on called me . I calleed back on the 24 March 2017 requested to speak to Neville. He was apparently busy atteneding to other calls then i spoke to a con****ant by the name of Riyaad .I then explained the story to him and then he said to me unfortuantly they only cover from my skirtings up . I dont know where standard bank get there con****ants from but everyone giving me a different story. They looking for ways not to pay that is why. In any case i spoke to Riyaad he tried putting me threw to Neville which he failed. I then called on the 27 March 2017 and spoke to Garth who then said he will ask his direct supervisor to assist me which she agreed to . He transfered me to Ronel which is his supervisor. She explained to me they will reopen the claim and she will request the call recording. Up until today stil did not receive the call recording.I then explained to her whats happening and i have 2 young children at home and i am worried about them falling. She then sent someone out to come and have a look. The guy with the name of Eric contacted me and we arranged for him to come and have a look at my floors on the 30 March 2017 . The guy came introduced himself and he said he is from a company called The Carpet Man. He even said that he is not sure why they sent him because he install carpets and wooden floors. but he inspected took photos and said he will send it off to them. On friday the 31st March no on contacted me yet by late afternoong i called Ronel she then said she still did not get the call recording but she have bad news for me. According to Eric this happened over a period of time. I am highly upset because this is not my fault . I am not even in this property for 3 years and i have all these issues . I requested all call recordings as well as the assessment report so i can take this further. I am really mad which this **** service i am getting. Whenever i phone i have to wait 20minutes and stil no answer. I continue doing it and until i get answer. I NEED ANSWERS ASAP. My claim number is 16/007045 . Policy number HLB ********** 10.
