How to get a document from Std Insurance is the question

Requested a document/letter stating that I have not claimed on my motor vehicle comprehensive policy since inception. One would think that this could be downloaded somewhere. As yet have not received a Read Receipt. Because of my previous experiences with Standard Bank & Insurance over the years & lately opting not to waste valuable time on the phone & with no positive outcome & only increased frustration it is simpler to communicate via Hello Peter. The only consistency are my monthly debit orders and without issue. I require this document/letter as soon as possible, please, thank you
