How long does a claim take Standard Bank.... Flippen Forever

The service from SIL is extremely pathetic and to be quite franc I wish I never dealt with you. I have called many a times - 5 in total, held on the line for 10 plus min with absolutely no one answering. Logged call backs online - and nothing .. Do you actually know what is happening with your service levels as a company?

I have been a loyal customer of Standard bank for 30 plus years but this is pathetic...

Today I get hold of some one only to be transferred to the compliant department... WTH

Can some one that has the capability to tell me what is the status of my claim call me....
