House structure insurance: Standard bank most expensive and most useless:

I have requested the useless insurance section of standard bank to who I pay an arm and a leg to repair my roof that is leaking on the 9th of December 2023. a Contractor came out to take photos & evaluate. After various follow ups, I have not received any response, as the one tells you the contractors were appointed and today I was told that an assessor must still be appointed to come and evaluate the problem. Meantime my roof is still leaking and the wood rotting because of no service on insured property that I pay a hell of a lot for!!!!! I have never seen such bunch of *********** people with a useless product
