House insurance premium more than double in1 month (from regisistration) without claims

Standerd bank have been deducting the incorrect amount of money for insurance from my bank account for over 2 years now. Absolutely NO feedback from "team leader" Dylan Adams.

After reading one ore more review like this I suspect *****. I signed up for Home insurance for R500 a month but the first month they started deducting 1200. We are at 1700 now for a standerd duplex townhouse.

Unfortunately after no feedback after 3 weeks and multiple phonecalls daily, the only excuse is that they are doing an internal investigation. No one can tell me why the premie I signed for was not honoured(I have the agreements as sent from them) and no one is assisting.

I do not know about the other people that has fallen into this trap but I requested is for all policy documents and recordings of phone calls to be sent to me. Still waiting. I can only guess but I think Standerd Bank has a bit of a gremlin in their system, because that is also the feedback that I am getting. They cannot assist as they were not the underwriters and they ha NO PROOF OR DOCUMENTATION of my agreed policy.

Hopefully the team leader will phone back some time, as the girl assiting said he does not come in before 8:30. I suspect he has not been in at all or why would he ignore?

Anyway, the only way forward is Onbutsman, it will be a long drawn out process, but at least I can no more my life insurance to someone else while I wait for Dylan Adams to send me my policy documents and recordings.
