House insurance Claim

<p>I called the standard bank home insurance on the 3rd of Octo 2016 to register a claim for the cracking on the house since i was adviced to take the insurance for the structure of the, which I did and I was never told of any exceptions of the cover. My claim was rejected and I was told that if I am not happy with thatI must write to them and they will look in to the matter. I wrote to them Twice already but I did Not get any risponce from them. I bought this house with standard bank home loans on the 1202/2012 which makes it 4years old on my name and I have already paid an amount of +- R 300 000.00 towards my bond and I am left with 15years which makes it (15 x 12x 5300 = 954 000.00 taking into concideration that the infalation will be the same) I personaly dont see any sence in me continueing to pay for this house if the are not willing to assist me in this crises. As I am Writing this the house is I still disceover new crack in the house almost every 4 days. this house is a disaster waiting to happen. I connot put my family's life in danger like this and paying for something that is detorerating like this. I am asking myself a question like this" where will yhis house be in 5yrs time if it is continueing like this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please I am dont know where to turn to.
