House Insurance

I would like to share my dissatisfaction with the house insurance that i have taken with standard bank, i put a claim for electrical fault on 19June 2025, which the consultant promised it will be sorted on time, i only got communication that my claim was diverted to another consultant, to this day the only answer i got was that there is no electrical service providers in Bloemfontein, i should seek my own, how is that possible as their my insurance and put my trust in that they should source a trustworthy service provider, what if something happens to the house when i seek my own provider, they will not pay the claim or damage to the house.
