Horrified at SBIB Service

Immediately after posting here on hello Peter I received an email from their social media manager. He/she asked me to send documentation we received from a contractor. After that there were 21 questions and since then we have not received a word from SBIB. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go with SBIB for your home as they are absolutely useless. Give feedback regarding my claim STANDARD BANK INSURANCE and then after CANCEL MY CONTRACT. Never have I ever heard of an insurance provider asking a client to look for their own contractor and then send them a report. You are totally disgusting @StandardBankInsurance
