Horrid service!!!!°

My mother is experiencing the WORST service from Satndarb Bank home insurance. Her geyser burst just over a week ago and they will NOT replace it because is it a solar geyser, instead they want to replace it with an electric geyser in these loadshedding times that we live in. How does that make sense????? Last year they were able to assist with a solar issue she had on the geyser, today they do not assist with solar geysers. She has been paying SBIS for years and they knee that she had a solar geyser and had no issue collecting the premiums. Noe they want to offer R8000 for her to replace the geyser herself so that If there's a problem In the future they can reject geyser related claims as she would've done the repairs herself. This is disgusting. Replace My .mothers geyser or we will take it up. Cecilia Matema Mogashoa
