Horrible Service from Standard Bank insurance

What is going on at Std Bank insurance? Could Mahommed Khan or Gereldine Govender please call me - an actual person.......You guys do not even call a customer even after complaints come through ?????????????? I got a mail and that was it - NOTHING ELSE - CASE CLOSED....How does that work ?
