Horrible service from Standard bank

I am currently in the process of applying for a home loan readvance, and my interactions have been with Ofentse Motsokoane from Standard Bank home loans. Regrettably, I cannot recall having a positive customer experience with Standard Bank. In my opinion, they are one of the most unhelpful banks I have encountered, and I genuinely wish I could transfer my home loan to another institution because they haven't earned my loyalty. Whether it's filing a claim for a geyser issue, opening a new account, or now, dealing with the sales representative, the experience has consistently been unpleasant. It seems as if Standard Bank intentionally hires individuals who lack competence, do not show care, and lack empathy. They treat their customers like ****.......
