HORRIBLE SERVICE

I recently had a house breaking, reported my claim, and was told it was rejected first it was due to under insurance then quickly turned to "your house has no burglar bars" when i asked when did i say my house has burglar bars they send me a ***** contract with all the nice words to protect them, i since asked for the recording where i agreed to having burglar bars, and guess what I'm sent from pillar to post. They telling me to give them time to retrieve the recording . Its almost 2 weeks now ive sent emails that went unanswered, if you ask me that's a bad Insurance Company ever.
