HORRIBLE SERVICE!

If your CEO wants to know why your sales are down! It's because to get a simple quote is nearly impossible! I have been on the line for more than 30 minutes being transferred to 9 people already and the one that could eventually assist conveniently could not hear me!!!This is pathetic!
