Horrible Service and to Cancel is a Nightmare

If I could review less than 1 star I would. Due to horrible service I had decided to cancel the homeowners insurance I have with standard bank. its been over 2 weeks since I followed the cancellation process and have not yet been contacted by anyone. How is this ok, don't provide efficient service then hold a customer hostage when they want to cancel? I am posting this in hopes of actually getting someone with more than two braincells to call me and advise on the progress of this cancellation request.
