Horrible service...

I lodged a claim last month for Pest fumigation at my house, the return call was to sell me product which I accepted and they have even made a deduction for the additional product. But no feedback on the claim. I followed up and an sms was sent to me with the consultant name who was to contact me further but still nothing...If you call their number it rings unanswered....
