Horrible Service

Standard bank does not care about the grief of the claimant. I am deeply hurt by their service. I logged a claim on Thursday the 7th and was told it would be processed within 48 hours. I have been calling them since tuesday for a follow-up and they will tell me same story that an accessor is still busy with the claim.

I had to make other financial arrangement for the funeral, they didnt care at all.
