Horrible Replacement/Claim!

<p>I am utterly disgusted! I have always been with Standard Bank Brokers and every few years they would move me to the best Insurance, thus for over a year I have been with Standard Bank Insurance itself. I bought a camera many years ago (camera, 2 lenses, extra flash, bag and memory card) I sent the invoice in to Standard Bank for saf keeping as they told me that would be best. Now that I had to claim for it due to a burglary at my house earlier this year, they couldn't find the invoice! I had to prove ownership of the camera by sending in a photo I had taken with the camera (which you LOGICALLY need a lens to have been able to take the photo). They replaced the camera for me, with JUST a camera BODY! What the heck?! I phoned in to find out what is going on, they told me that I had only specified the camera, not all it's parts and extras.... I feel offended that the agent that helped me move my insurance to Standard Bank Insurance, never asked or explained to me the insurance regarding a camera (he/she should have told me I had to specify lens(es), flash, bag etc, I would have gladly given the serial numbers on it all). Now I am stuck with a camera BODY and I can't even take photos with it! Thanks a lot... NOT!!! I have cancelled my insurance with Standard Bank Insurance and will never recommend it to anyone EVER!!!!</p>
