Horrible Insurance Service

I am still waiting to be contacted. I just want to cancel my policy, why is this so hard to do.

I have been strugling since 3 Jun to get hold of anybody at standard bank. Alway high call volumes, 20 min listing to music.

Quick to sell very slow to service you customers.
