HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have 2 claims submitted on their online profile because their lines remain unanswered this is not my first unhappy review on them and still o assistance. When you log a claim,you receive an sms that its been logged and nothing follows after that. When you call to follow up, phones are not answered. When you write a reviews on Hellopeter ..they respond privately and close the report with no assistance whatsoever...I have a claim from November last year and nothing has been done until now....i doubt it will ever be resolved...as long as they get their premium everymonth they are sorted....Am VERY DISAPPOINTED
