Horrible Geyser claim

DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH STANDARD BANK. We are insured with them and we had a geyser claim. They sent out people to replace the geyser. LESS THAN TWO MONTHS LATER the new geyser is leaking water outside. BUCKETS OF WATER everyday. we have called and made complaints and nothing has been done so far. They sent out people who could not do the job and they are leaving us to suffer. At this point we are thinking of escalating this matter.
