Horrible Experience

Worst insurance. I made a claim (funeral claim) 5 days ago, I was told they will give me a call within 24 hours. They never did. Kept calling them, they told me they are escalating but still that escalation did not work. I very disappointed! We can’t burry my uncle now because of Standard Bank and not wanting to pay my money. I wouldn’t advise anyone to take any policy with this bank, you gonna regret at the end. Take it at your own risk!
