Horrible Customer Service, ********* and ************* service providers contracted through Standard Bank

I have never been this dissapointed in my life being treated like a *****ster between an ********* service provider employed by Standard Bank and a paying client.Instead of Standard Bank helping me I was told just how rude I was being and how emotional I was still left with a burst leaking pipe and came out of it with a counselling session.Please get rid of ********* service provider that are just trying to get paid a call out fee at the expense of paying clients and you choose to take their incorrect reports and take their side.Provide more customer service to the agents that are client facing because what I was exposed to today is really shocking
