Horrible customer service

Submitted a Storm damage Insurance claim in September 2018-Claim was approved and repairs started,Contractors done half the job ,ripped my cupboards out and never returned to install new cupboards.Have reported to complaints department on numerous occasions.I Have not received any feedback on when the repairs will commence,3 months witthout bedroom cupboards.Service or lack thereof is terrible.

No reply to my emails and have to wait on the line for 20 minute plus befor you can get through to anyone-Empty promises all the time.

Disgusting that this is what service has become like in South Africa.

I f anyone is thinking of getting/Changing Home Loan Insurance then think twice or 50 times before choosing Standard Bank.
