Horrible claims experience

I believe liberty short term insurance is underwritten by standard bank. I am still awaiting the settlement of the claim. I have been calling no knows what happened. I have sent emails to Shalisha who was the one who advised on the remittance date. She then emailed Mbali to advised on the matter who also said she would find out with finance. No feedback. I emailed her..... still no feedback. Called today still nothing. On top of that they debited for a vehicle that doesn't exist anymore. Im using my resources and time and it doesn't seem to matter....
