Horrible and your agents are worse

I have to say I am so disappointed at how you guy's are quick to debit my account monthly yet when I claim it's a hassle and you find stupid way's to not pay out. Insuring with you is useless, we never assisted when we claim yet it's our money you take monthly. You just getting richer while eating our money and your claim dep agents are the worst, they don't respond to emails or call back when asked to call back. Get better agents who actually know what they are doing and want the job.

Only people who assisted are Refilwe from claims and Nelly from cancelations who was just a sweetheart. The rest should not even be in customer care.
