Horrible

I am Ntombi Sibeko I did take out funeral cover for my father, I had claimed but its been 7 days now since I baried my father and the policy hasn't paid even now, I had struggled to burry my father as I had to use my Dauthers savings money to bury my father so what is the use to have this policy if I will struggle to have a descent funeral and I will cancel the policy as its no use and I hate STANDARD BANK FUNERAL INSURANCE.
