I'm so disappointed in Standard bank insurance sending out an unprofessional company to my home (MRM Electrical). I have raised a complaint with Standard Bank Insurance to which they have stopped responding and have no intention of resolving the matter. They have put me through a lot of stress and time and money wasted to have an electrician come out and replace a breaker to which they have overcharged me an ******ionate amount. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman if this is not resolved soon!
