********** Service and Completely Unhelpful

<p>I have been trying for more than a week to register a all risk claim, everytime I call I get sent from pillar to post with no results. I keep being promised to be called back which never happens. I have a strict time restriction in which I can call, and for a company that is so fast to take your monthly premium they certainly don't follow through with the service. I am not asking for alot just to register a claim on my own insurance policy, surely this is not a new thing for an insurance broker? </p>
