Hopelessly poor service

Poor to non existent service - over a month since my claim was lodged and not a word since asking me to forward the invoice. Held on for ages and when they eventually did pickup I couldn't hear a thing the consultant said. Emails ignored - Requests to call back on the website ignored - Messages left ignored. Absolutely hopeless.
